摘    要:通过慢拉伸试验研究了常温下34CrMo4在湿H2S环境中的应力腐蚀行为,HTK]发现随着H2S含量的增加,试件脆性破坏的特征明显增强,敏感性指数F(a)按指数函数规律增加,断口形貌由韧性断裂向穿晶的解理或准解理断口形式转变。

Abstract:The stress corrosion behavior of 34CrMo4 in wet H2S environment was studied by slow strain rate tensile test at normal temperature. It is found that with the increasing of H2S contents, the characteristics of brittle failure of the specimen was enhanced obviously, sensitivity index F(a) increased by logarithm function rule. The fracture morphology is changed from ductile fracture to the transgranular cleavage fracture or quasi cleavage fracture.
