基于PLC和触摸屏技术的针梳机控制系统

摘    要:B423针梳机及所配的自调匀整装置均为纯机械式装置,控制系统智能化程度不高,产品精度及效率低。针对这些缺点,文章提出了基于PLC和触摸屏的控制系统,该系统以PLC为核心,对传感器采集的针梳机实时数据进行存储、计算及传输,控制整机的运行状态。同时与触摸屏进行通讯,将整机运行数据以动态图的形式显示,并接受触摸屏给定的工艺参数来控制执行元件,实现了操作人员与针梳机的人机对话功能。通过在B423型针梳机上的调试,本系统操作简单,智能化程度高,提高了产品的质量及效率。
