试论农业高校科研基地建设问题——以西北农林科技大学为例

农业高校建立科研基地是提高学校办学水平、办学能力和学校知名度的一个重要途径。它的建设必须坚持创新性与“产、学、研”相结合的原则,其建设内容主要包括国家级、省部级及地方或部门设立的重点实验室,工程技术研究中心,大学科技园,以及试验、示范场站等。它的作用既是学校本身申请和争取农业科研项目的重要因素,又是广大科教人员获取科技成果以及进行成果转化的重要场所,更是培养农业高级人才的“摇篮”。

Study the Action of the Construction of Scientific Research Bases in Agricultural Universities

It is an important method to set up scientific research bases in agricultural universities to enhance their standard and capacity as well as the reputation. The principles of innovation and combination of education, research and industry must be persevered during the establishment of the base. The contents of the establishment include key laboratories at state, ministerial and provincial levels; engineering and technology bases; sci-tech parks as well as demonstration zones, etc. The base is not only an important factor for universities to apply for agriculture scientific programs, but also provides a place for scientists to obtain and exchange achievements in scientific research; what's more, it is a cradle for cultivating agriculture talents.
