| 摘 要： | 通过对当前江苏省农村居民食物消费需求总体水平的分析,可以发现食物消费支出在整个生活消费支出中所占比重随收入变动将会产生什么样的变化。而对食物消费需求结构从边际消费倾向、需求弹性等方面加以分析,可以发现各类食物的消费需求受收入和价格变动的影响程度及方向,从而为改善江苏省农村居民食物消费结构提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the general level of rural residents' food consumption demand in Jiangsu Province,a change in the ratio of food consumption within the whole living consumption expenditure can be observed depending on the income change.Moreover,by studying the food consumption demand structure in the aspect of MPC and demand elasticity,the authors discover that the degree and direction of the changes in different kinds of food consumption demands are influenced by the changes in income and price.Thus,the theoretical support for improving rural residents' food consumption structure in Jiangsu Province is provided. |
