帝舜与我国早期文明国家的形成

在我国进入阶级社会即夏、商、周奴隶制国家之前，有一个把植根于氏族民众之中的部落管理机关逐渐蜕变为与民族民众相对立的“公共权力”的文明国家形成前夜的早期国家形态的历史阶段：自帝尧登上华夏部落联盟的最高职位以后，部落联盟的管理机构逐步发生了变化，特别是帝舜即位以后，华夏部落联盟管理机关从适应掠夺性战争的军事民主制朝组织社会生活和调解部落矛盾诸事宜的职能方向转化，并使之逐步具有了早期文明国家的种种特征。

King Shun and the formation of early civilized nation in China

Before entry into the class society, China has gone through a long period of transition from clan-based community into a civilized nation whose power was ＂public＂ and thus in a certain contrast with clan members. Since King Yao came to the position of the supreme leader of the clan union, many changes have taken place in the management of the clan union; and after King Shun was enthroned, the military democracy that was formed in response to constant wars gave way to the functional departments that organized social life and mediated disputes, which has given the regime a color of early civilized nation.
