性别和谐是人类社会向前发展的永恒追求。是和谐社会的本质要求和内在呼唤。马克思主义人学思想，从人是劳动存在物、人是社会存在物、人是意识的存在物、人具有个性这四个方面对性别和谐进行了阐释，深刻揭示了性别和谐的内在要求，让我们认识男女之间的和谐不仅仅只是男女之间不爆发冲突，也不止步于简单的男女权利和地位的平等，而要从人所共有的本质去理解男女之间性别和谐的真谛。

On Gender Harmony in the Perspective of Marxist Humanity Theory

Gender harmony, as the eternal pursuit in the development of human society, is the essential requirement and internal call of a harmonious society. Marxist Humanity Theory has elaborated gender harmony from these four aspects： man is an existence of labor, society and consciousness with individual character. This deeply reveals the inherent requirement of gender harmony, making it known as follows： there is no conflict between men and women; it won＇t stop at their equality of simple fights and status; moreover, it is necessary to understand the true meaning of such harmony between male and female from common human nature.
