| Abstract: | Procrastination is not only an issue of time management, but also a complex process containing cognition, emotion and behavior. The influencing factors of procrastination can be divided into internal and external factors. In order to reduce and eliminate procrastination, it is essential to develop a strong character, enhance time management and cultivate positive emotions. |
