| 摘 要： | 女子院校这几年快速发展除得益于教育事业大发展这一客观原因外,还与其自身存在的固有竞争力分不开,这些竞争力可概括为十大办学优势,正是这些其他学校不可比拟的优势造就了广泛的社会需求,推动着女子院校快速发展。正确而清醒地认识这些优势,对发展我国女性教育事业,提高女性素质具有重要的现实意义。
