| Abstract: | Tourism can be a key contributor to Luoyang's economical development and building a well off society in an all round way. Luoyang is a city with abundant historical culture and rich tourist resources. Due to the lack of cooperation and slow response to the tourist demand, tourism development in Luoyang area is relatively falling behind others. A new tourist development strategy, mainly covering joint tourist development across regions, more investment in creating new tourist site and services, and more activities in sales and marketing are being carried out. |
