| 摘 要： | 中国作为世界上最大的潜在市场之一 ,理所当然地成为众多跨国公司直接投资的重点 ,跨国公司在中国市场上的直接投资已经成为一种大规模的战略行为 .本文在分析跨国公司在华直接投资的意图的基础上 ,就中国企业应采取的相应措施提出若干建议 .
