| Abstract: | The paper attempts to put forward the idea of establishing a new agricultural insurance mode by analysing the model of agricultural insurance home abroad and drawing on the basic experience of the traditional model of agricultural insurance.It then comes up with the policies and proposals of implementing the new model from three aspects： government departments,insurance companies and individual farmers. |
