| 摘 要： | 从社会的角度观察，人的相貌分为三个层次：外貌、风度、气质。人的相貌质量是以教养与磨练为基础，以不断学习、充实技能与增长智慧为手段，同时进行品德和魅力的修养锻造，从而可以改善人的三个相貌，提高自身的生命质量。

| Abstract: | According to the disquisition,human appearance is defined from three levels external appearance,manner and disposition.The quality of the human appearance is based on training and experience with continuous study,fully mastered skills and increasing wisdom.What's more,the training of the virtue and charm is also necessary.Then a human being can improve the three levels of his appearance and increase the life quality. |
