| 摘 要： | 完善的行政许可实施程序是发挥其规范行政许可行为,促进行政法治等重要作用的前提,因此完善行政许可的实施程序具有重要意义。针对行政许可申请与受理程序、颁发与送达行政许可证件的期限、听证程序中的不足之处,应分别加以完善。

| Abstract: | To perfect the procedure of administrative permission is important,for it is the premise to precept administrative permission and promote administration ruled by law.We should ameliorate the procedure of administrative permission in view of the procedure of application and reception,the deadline of issuing and delivery of license and the procedure of hearing so to overcome corresponding weaknesses. |
