加强我国科学道德建设的思考

在我国，科学道德建设取得了一定进展，但也存在着一些不容忽视的问题。因此，必须加强我国的科学道德建设，以促进科学的健康发展。现阶段加强科学道德建设必须做到：明确科学家的道德责任；加强科技工作者的道德自律；建立科学研究的伦理约束机制；弘扬科学精神，营造有利于加强科学道德建设的社会氛围；加强制度建设，完善科学管理的监督和约束机制；加强科技法制建设，提供科学道德建设的法律保证。

Reflection on Strengthening Scientific Moral Construction in China

In China,scientific moral construction has achieved some progress,but there are still some problems in it.Hence,we must strengthen the scientific moral construction to speed the healthy development of science. At present,in order to strengthen scientific moral construction,we must define the moral responsibility of scientist,enhance the moral self-discipline of scientific workers,establish ethical restricted mechanism of scientific research,advocate scientific spirit for constructing the social atmosphere that is helpful for strengthening scientific moral construction,intensify system construction for perfecting supervising mechanism of scientific management,and strengthen technical and legal construction for providing legal guarantee to scientific moral construction.
