论加强党的执政能力

党的十六大报告指出，加强党的执政能力建设是加强和改进党的建设的主要任务之一。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心。党的领导要通过党的执政来体现，因此加强党的执政能力建设，增强党的执政能力，对于完成我国政治建设和政治改革的任务，实现全面建设小康社会的目标具有重要的意义。

On Strengthening the Ruling Capacity of CPC

The report to the 16th National Congress of CPC has pointed out that strengthening the ruling capacity of CPC is one of the main tasks for strengthening and improving the building of the party. CPC is the leading core for socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and the Party's leadership must be reflected through its ruling. Thus strengthening the ruling capacity of CPC has important significance for our country to accomplish the tasks of political construction and political reform and to realize the aim of building a well-off society in all-round way.
