| 摘 要： | 实现港口物流化,将功能单一的传统港口发展成为现代物流中心,已成为现代港口建设和发展的一个重要方向。从国外港口物流化发展模式看,建立港口物流园区是完善港口物流服务功能的一个重要途径。文章在分析港口物流化发展优势的基础上,结合国外港口物流园区建设发展的实践经验,对我国港口物流园区规划、建设及运作模式进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Port logisticalization has been the significant approach for port development. In light of developmental patterns of foreign port logisticalization,to set up distributionpark is an important way to improve the service function of port logistics operation. In this context,the paper discusses the advantages for port to develop logistics. By exploring the experiences of distributionpark development of foreign ports,the paper emphasizes the examination of port distributionpark planning,development and operational patterns for Chinese port. |
