| 摘 要： | 本文拟利用广东省汕头市档案馆档案资料 ,以汕头市市商会为中心 ,对 1 933- 1 934年在汕头发生的金融危机加以描述 ,梳理了市商会与各分会、各商号 ,市商会与广东省、粤东区、汕头市行政机关等几个方面关系 ,对 1 930年代汕头这一特定地域的商人组织的社会作用以及商人组织和地方政府之关系进行讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper,by using the files from Shantou Archives,conducts an investigation into the financial crisis in Shantou during the period between 1933 to 1934 centering on the role played by Shantou Chamber of Commerce.Its relationships with all its subdivisions and with various shops at Shantou are cleared up,so are its relationships with the provincial,prefectural and municipal governments.A brief discussion is devoted to the social role played by this specific local commercial organization and also to the relationship of the commercial organization with local governments. |
