| 摘 要： | 依法执政是新的历史条件下中国共产党执政的一个基本方式,也是实现党的领导和依法治国相统一的桥梁。坚持党的领导,是加强党对立法工作的领导,创造依法执政的条件,在国家政治生活中排除“人治”的因素,逐步建立起真正的切实的社会主义法治国家。

| Abstract: | Administration according to law is the basic style under the leadership of Communist Party of China as well as the bridge to link the leadership of the Party with the administration within the limits of taw. Sticking to the leadership of the Party that means to strengthen the leadership of the legislation,create the condition to administrate according to law and get rid of the rule of man will help to establish progressively a country with a perfect socialist legal system. |
