| 摘 要： | 高校体育教师的心理素质在现代教育中的作用十分重要。通过对江苏省部分高校体育教师的心理素质进行调查,作者从创新精神、自信心、人际关系、情绪调适等共同度较高的几个方面分析高校体育教师的心理素质状况。针对目前高校体育教师(尤其是青年教师和女教师)心理素质存在的问题,提出改善高校体育教师心理素质状况的对策,为开展高校体育教师心理素质培训工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | Psychological qualities of college physical education(PE) teachers play a very important role in modern education.This essay surveyed the psychological qualities of PE teachers in some of the colleges in Jiangsu province,through some highly similar aspects such as innovation,self-confidence,interpersonal relationships and mood adjustment,and analyzed the state of psychological qualities of college PE teachers.Aiming at problems of psychological qualities existing among college PE teachers(especially young and women PE teachers),the essay suggested some countermeasures to improve psychological qualities of college PE teachers,and provided reference to training their psychological qualities. |
