| 摘 要： | 新公共管理是20世纪80年代兴起于西方诸国的声势浩大的政府管理与改革运动,文章通过对新公共管理的介绍和当前我国公共行政现状的分析,以期在借鉴中反思,在反思中创新,充分利用新公共管理中体现的新理念来加速和完善我国的行政体制改革,并认为新公共管理指明了当前中国行政体制改革的方向。

| Abstract: | New public management originated in western countries,which launched movements of government management and reform greatly and powerfully at the beginning of 20 centuries 80s.This paper introduces and analyzes status quo of Chinese public Management. I wish that we could draw lessons and innovations from self-examination and adopt ideas,which are fully embodied by it to accelerate and strengthen reform of Chinese administrative system,and think it indicates the direction of administrative reform of China today. |
