| 摘 要： | 目前在网络迅速发展与普及的同时,也大量出现网络伦理问题,令人担忧。因此,加强网络伦理的制度调控,建立网络道德监控机制,推进网络道德教育,唤起主体道德感,树立合理价值观,形成尊重权利、和谐发展的网络伦理秩序确为当务之急。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development and popularity of the internet,network ethics has become social concern.Therefore,it's of necessity to strengthen the control and regulation of the network ethics,construct the mechanism of regulating the network morality,further education of network morality,so as to change the users' values,outlook on life,thus building a harmonious network system which respects rights. |
