论网络教学的人文环境

摘    要:网络教学和传统教学由于教学模式的差异形成了不同的人文环境,相对于传统教学,网络教学特有的"时空准分离状态"造成了当前网络教学缺少"人文关怀"这一不足。而人文环境在教学中将直接影响到学习者的情感,对激发学生的学习动机,促进学习者的认知和人格的健康发展都能够起到积极的作用。有别于传统教学丰富的情感交流,人文环境的欠缺已成为制约网络教学发展的一大"瓶颈"。要解决这一问题,可以通过设置问题和助学栏目、利用BBS和VR技术,以及组织讨论等加强师生之间、学生之间的交流,营造良好的人文氛围,从而激发和提升网络教学学习者的学习兴趣、自主性、创造性和合作性,推动网络教学的进一步发展。

Abstract:Differences between network teaching and the traditional teaching lead to different humanistic environments. Cyber education cannot offer humanistic care like the traditional method of instruction because there exists the space-time separation between the tutor and the student. However, the humanistic environment directly affects learners' sensibilities and plays an active role in motivating them to learn and promoting the development of their cognition and personality. In fact, lack of humanistic care has become the bottle-neck for the development of network teaching. This problem can be solved by devising a question-and-answer section, employing BBS and VR technology and organizing discussions to reinforce interaction and cooperation between instructors and learners and to create a favorable humanistic environment. In this way, network students'interest in learning, creativity, initiative and cooperativeness can be enhanced and network teaching itself can be further developed.
