| 摘 要： | 从明确中介组织的概念入手,继论述中介组织的发展趋势之后,深入分析了导致中介组织迅猛发展的原因和已有中介组织的类型。在全面研究中介组织的规范状况及阻碍中介组织进一步发展的问题之后,提出了从中介立法;改革中介组织行政管理体制;建立建全中介组织自律机制等方面促进中介组织进一步发展的途径。

| Abstract: | This paper, starting with the clarification of the conception of the intermediary organizations and proceeding to expounding on the trend of their development, deeply analyzes the type of intermediary organizations in existence and their swift and violent growth. After making a comprehensive study of regular forms of intermediary organizations and the obstacles to their improvement , this paper also puts forward the ways of further development of intermediary organizations in legislation, administration reform, perfection of self-discipline mechanism and so on. |
