摘    要:国际饭店集团扩张迅速,显示出国际饭店集团化发展的重要趋势。21世纪国内饭店业市场必将面临激烈的竞争,国内单体饭店将面临巨大的生存压力。组建或加盟饭店管理集团并充分发挥其规模经济优势,将是我国饭店业求得生存与发展的唯一出路。

Abstract:Recently,foreign hotel groups expandrapidly,whichindicate the importanttrend of congl-omerateoperation of international hotel industry.Transmittingf or ei gn hot el congl omer at es i nt o chi na mayimprovemanagrtialidea and technology of china's hotel during the early time,but i n t he l ong t er m,china has to develop his own competitivehotel conglomeratesto ensure the safety of national industry.china's hotels keep at highly seperate status,whichwill face huge competitivepressure to survive in the21stcentury.Eastablishingor joining in china's own hotel conglomeratesand improvetheir competi-tive power,will be the only way to survire and develop for china's hotel.
