论农民工平等就业权的政府责任

平等就业权是现代法制国家宪法赋予劳动者的法定权利。由于政治经济法律制度的不健全,农民工在就业领域普遍受到了不公平的待遇,表现在就业机会、就业待遇、就业安全和就业服务等方面的不平等。农民工平等就业权的全面充分的实现离不开政府强有力的权力后盾。因此,要改变户籍制度,强化平等观念,完善各项法律制度,促进农民工的就业平等权的实现。

Government Responsibility of on Equal Employment Right for Migrant Workers

Equal employment rights are enshrined in the constitution in modern legal state. Because of the imperfect political, economic and legal systems, the workers from countryside have generally suffered from the unfair treatment in the employment including the unequal employment opportunity, employment treatment, employment security and employment service. Migrant workers＇ employment equal rights can＇t realized without the governments＇ strong backing. Therefore, we must change the household registeration system, strengthen the social equal idea and perfect legal systems so as to realize the migrant workers＇ employment equal right.
