| Abstract: | The Interior administration mechanism formed under the planned economy system does not suit the need of present economic development and social progress, therefore, it must be reformed. This paper explains and analyzes the present situation, the necessity of reform interior administration mechanism in colleges, and the concrete practices on interior administration mechanism in our college. |
