| 摘 要： | 尊重和保护个体利益是市场经济的要求,在互利互惠中实现个体利益则是生产的社会化、专业化所决定的,促使经济主体通过互利实现个体利益的最有效的途径就是职业道德的建设,加强职业道德建设对规范和完善社会主义市场经济尤为重要,而我国加入WTO进一步强化了职业道德建设的紧迫性。 |

The realization of Individual interests of mutual benefits is decided by the socialization and specialization of production. The construction of occupational morality is the most effective way of making the principal part of economy realize individual interests through mutual benefit. Reinforcing the occupational morality is vital to standardizing and improving social market economy . |
