| 摘 要： | 自党的十八届三中全会提出"全面深化改革的总目标是完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"的崭新命题后,学术界对此展开了广泛的研究和热烈的讨论,归纳起来主要集中于基本概念、结构要素、建构原则、基本特征、衡量标准、治理方式、实现途径等几个方面。

| Abstract: | Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposes a new proposition that the general objective is to improve and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics and push on with modernization of the country＇s governance system and governance capability, then academia launch the extensive research and lively discussion. To sum up, scholars focus on the following several aspects, such as the basic concepts, the structural elements, the construction principles, the main features, the measurable criteria, the mode of governance and the achieve paths. |
