我国民营企业成长模式刍议

我国民营企业在成长实践中涌现出了许多成功模式。但是,笔者认为,模式的本质是创新,民营企业成长的现有成功模式不能复制。当前,为适应民营企业进一步成长的需要,应构筑如下相关模式:构筑以产业集群为主导的战略模式;构筑以"企业信用融资联盟"为主导的融资模式;构筑以现代企业为主导,但不抛弃家族企业的产权模式;构筑以公司治理为主导,但不抛弃家族治理的管理模式;构筑以自主创新为主导,但不抛弃模仿和合作的技术创新模式;构筑以诚信建设为核心的企业文化模式。

On the Development Pattern of Private Enterprise in Our Country

There appear a lot of successful pattern in the development pattern of non-state owned enterprise in our country . However, according to this paper, the nature of pattern lies in creativity which means the present successful pattern can not be reproduced. Currently in order to meet the demand of development of non-state owned enterprise, the following patterns should be established: the establishment of the strategic pattern with industry cluster taking the lead; the establishment of the financing pattern with "enterprise credit allay" as the lead along with family administration pattern; the establishment of technical pattern of auto-creativity along with imitation and cooperation; the establishment of enterprise cultural pattern with the construction of honesty as the core.
