中亚与独联体国家经济一体化发展、理论依据及其对新疆贸易的影响

近年随着中亚和独联体各国经济的逐步恢复和发展,内部经济一体化进程明显加快,对新疆外贸尤其与中亚贸易这无疑会产生直接的不利影响。加快推进上海合作组织的进程,充分发挥其在中国与中亚和俄罗斯地区经贸合作方面的作用,是未来中长期抵消中亚和独联体内部经济一体化发展对新疆经贸发展的不利影响,保持新疆与中亚俄罗斯国家经济贸易持续稳定发展最行之有效的途经。

On the Development and Theoretical Basis of Economic Integration between Central Asian Countries and CIS and the Influences of the Economic Integration on Xinjiang's Trade

With the gradual recovery and development of the economies in Central Asia and CIS, internal economic integration is quickened, which will produces unfavorable effects on Xinjiang's foreign trade, particularly with Central Asian countries. Thus, to speed up the progress of Shanghai Cooperation Organization and to bring into full play the role that China has in its economic and trade cooperation with Central Asian countries and Russia have become the most effective means by which the unfavorable influences of the economic integration between Central Asian Countries and CIS can be greatly minimized in the future on the development of Xinjiang's economy and trade and a stable development of economy and trade can be maintained between Xinjiang and Central Asian Countries and CIS.
