| 摘 要： | 证据制度是中国古代司法、审判制度的重要组成部分。除了重视口供，中国古代社会也重视证人证言等其他种类的证据。中国古代社会证人证言方面的规范内容较为全面，西周、秦、汉时期的证人证言规范，唐、宋时期的证人证言规范，明、清时期的证人证言规范各有特点。

| Abstract: | Legal evidence system is an important societies, testimony of witness, as well as affidavit, was part of ancient Chinese judicial systems. In ancient Chinese recognized as a kind of legal evidence. More over, the regulations of testimony of witness are very comprehensive. Different dynasties applied different regulations on testimony of witness. To sum up, the relevant regulations of Western Zhou, Qin and Han Dynasty are similar in contrast to those of Tang and Song Dynasty. The relevant regulations of Ming and Qing Dynasty can be taken as the same. |
