Some practical issues of adaptive GPU design |

| Abstract: | We study some practical applications in clinical trial of the adaptive optimal generalized Pólya urn (GPU) design we recently proposed. We considered some common cases in clinical trial: delayed response, staggered/censored entry, heterogeneity and longitudinal/repeated observation. Asymptotic properties of these designs are studied. |
