| 摘 要： | 河南省要在优化结构、提高效益、降低消耗、保护环境的基础上实现人均GDP到2020年比2000年翻两番。要实现这一宏伟战略目标,应该采取的措施主要是:提高农业发展水平;加快新型工业化进程,推进全省工业健康发展;加快推进第三产业的发展;促进非公有制经济发展,拓展经济发展空间;发展循环经济,实现经济社会可持续发展。

| Abstract: | On the basis of optimizing the structure,improving efficiency,reducing consumption and protecting the environment,Henan Province will achieve the objective of GDP per capita in 2002 quadrupled than 2000.To achieve this grand strategic goal,these measures should be taken primarily: improving agricultural development;speeding up the process of new industrialization and promoting the healthy development of the whole province's industry;accelerating the development of tertiary industry,promoting the non-public economic development and expanding the space of economic development;developing of recycling economy and achieving sustainable economic and social development. |
