当代理论语言学研究方法探析

当代理论语言学研究中研究方法常常被忽视。然而科学的研究方法是进行语言研究、获得可靠研究成果的重要保证。因此,本文首先对研究方法的本质和作用进行了阐释。然后,探讨了当代理论语言学研究中的基本方法。通过对研究方法的分析,归纳出当代理论语言学研究方法所具有的重要特征,即解释性、演绎性、形式化和最简单化。从方法论角度讲,这些特征也是语言研究中的指导原则,从而使语言研究具有科学性和严密性。

On Research Methods in Contemporary Theoretical Linguistics

Research methods are often ignored in contemporary theoretical linguistics.Scientific research methods,however,are important guarantee for linguistic studies and obtaining the reliable results.Therefore,this paper firstly expounds on the essence and the function of research methods.And then,the basic research methods in contemporary theoretical linguistics are elaborated.Through the analysis of the research methods,the crucial characteristics of research methods in contemporary theoretical linguistics are summarized,including explanatory,deducible,formalized and the most simplistic.In terms of methodology,these features are the guiding principles in linguistic studies and the significant guarantee to make linguistics researches scientific and rigorous.
