| 摘 要： | 该文通过对西部大开发战略实施效果的测评,探讨新疆经济发展与电力消费的关联关系,从经济发展、居民消费水平、能源消费结构、工业内部结构四个方面,运用计量经济模型对新疆经济发展与电力消费的关系进行了实证研究,通过建立回归模型以及运用格兰杰因果关系检验,得出结论:经济发展与电力消费之间存在单向的Granger因果关系;城镇居民人均可支配收入对电力消费存在负相关;能源消费结构及工业内部结构的变化均对电力消费有显著的正相关影响。该文认为新疆要转变经济增长方式,优化能源消费结构,提高能源利用效率,从而实现区域经济的可持续发展。
