| 摘 要： | 欧洲社会党组织资源开发的探索与实践主要包括:增加党员数量,提高党员质量;构建政党组织网络体系,拓展组织空间;增强党组织的包容性,扩大政党的社会基础;实现"民主"和"秩序"的统一,增强组织的行动能力。这些举措值得我们研究和借鉴,为此要提升党组织成员的素质,强化组织资源安全观;积极拓展党的组织网络,丰富组织资源;增强党的阶级基础,扩大党的群众基础;发展党内民主,完善党内监督。 |
