| 摘 要： | 通过对北京市16所高等院校的1500多名在校生进行问卷调查研究,建立结构方程模型分析了影响学生对高校教育服务满意度的52种因素,得到了每一种因素的影响因子,并据此对高校教育改革提出了相应的建议. |

| Abstract: | By examining more than 1500 students in 16 major universities in Beijing,a structural equation mod-el was constructed. This model was used to analyze the effects of 52 factors on student satisfaction of higher ed-ucation services. The impact factors of every factor were gained,and some suggestions relate to Chinese univer-sity reform were put forward. |
