| 摘 要： | 本文通过对行政征用及行政征用补偿的原则、我国现行行政征用制度的现状等问题研究,进而提出进一步完善我国行政征用制度的若干建议:科学界定公共利益、制定公平的补偿标准和行政征用程序,并完善合理的事后补偿机制等。

| Abstract: | The administrative expropriation,the principles of compensation for administrative expropriation and the system of our current administrative expropriation is discussed. Some suggestions are proposed to further improve our system of administrative expropriation which include the scientific definition of the public interest, the formulation of the impartial standards of compensation and suitable procedures of administrative expropriation, and the improvement of the reasonable mechanisms of compensation after the event. |
