| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来中国在建设社会主义民主政治过程中走了一条“法治民主”道路。这条道路把共产党的领导、依法治国与人民当家作主三者有机地结合起来,通过大力加强法制,确立“宪法和法律至上”的法治原则而逐步实现“国家的一切权力属于人民”。中国走这样一条民主政治建设道路,是由经济结构变化、市场经济发展、人民大众需求和传统政治文化影响等多种因素所决定的。而经济结构变化和市场经济发展是根本原因。

| Abstract: | China have gone through a way of "The Rule of Law and democracy" Since Reformed and Opened up in 1978, which combines the leadership of the Communist Party and the rule of law with the people's democratic and carries out "all rights of the nation belonged to the people " gradually strengthening the rule of law. The way we go is because of influence of the economical structure change, developing of market, the Chinese people 's desire and Chinese traditional culture, among which the economical structure change and developing of market are basic factors. |
