| Abstract: | In view of the existing situation that some college journals are not in high quality, the essay points out the main causes: excessive journals, small circulation and incorrect orientation, etc. Measures to improve academic quality of journals are elaborated from several aspects, such as regulating the system of assessment and approval by some departments concerned,adhering to the right orientation, intensifying interior administration and strengthening the power of running a periodical. |
