| 摘 要： | 传统的翻译理论着眼于将原文看作“绝对标准”,主张译者应竭力摆脱主观性的控制,使译文忠实原文。译者的身份因此被定位为“仆人”。本文借用现代文论的观点讨论了翻译过程中译者的行为,认为无论在理解还是表达阶段,译者的主观能动参与作用是客观存在的。在翻译研究中,译者的主体性应受到重视。

| Abstract: | According to traditional translation theories, a translator ought to be objective and seek a freedom from the tyranny of subjectivity, thus a precise equivalence between the original and the translated version should be attained. In this sense, the role of the translator is identified as that of a "servant". On the basis of modern literary theories, the paper proposes that there is a subjective involvement of the translator in practice. The subjectivity regarding the translator can be by no means ignored in the studies of translation. |
