| 摘 要： | 蒙古族茶习俗包括制茶习俗、饮茶习俗等内容。本文通过详细说明蒙古地区制茶、饮茶的饮食生活习惯,对各地区茶习俗进行具体分析,探究其共同点和普遍规律,并进行了理论阐释。不仅对茶用具、茶习俗等表面形式进行研究,还对蒙古人民族意识、心理特点等进行了深入探讨,强调了茶文化的内在文化特性,认为茶与茶习俗不单是饮食对象与生理需要,也是一种不容忽视的精神需求与享受。
