| 摘 要： | 要哲学家成为国家最高领导人,或最高领导人成为时代最伟大的哲学家是不现实的.治理国家不能不掌握时代哲学的最高成就.只有建立起一种好的制度,保证政治家与哲学家结盟,才能实现国家的理性治理,使社会得到最佳的整和,最快的发展.

| Abstract: | It is not realistic to have a philospher be in the national leadership, or to ask a national leader to be the great philospher at the age. To regulate a country well needs the understanding of the great achievements of philosphy of ages. Only establishing a sound system which collaborates politicians and philosphers is possible that a country can realize the rational regulation , which will achieve the best social integrity and the fast development. |
