| Abstract: | The value of the story lies in the fact that by uncovering the tragical love story of an insulted woman, the writer intended to reveal the real life of her love and marriage under ethics and rites in the feudal society, thus arouse a series of life and social problems concerning the contradiction of affection and revenge in love and morality which provoke us a profound philosophic thinking. |
