| 摘 要： | 政治诚信包括理论诚信、目标诚信、制度诚信和组织诚信。其作用表现为文明的执政理念必须以政治诚信为先导,文明的政治制度必须以政治诚信为灵魂,文明的政治秩序必须以政治诚信为保障。政治诚信是政治稳定的伦理支点,具体表现为政府信用是维护社会秩序的重要保障,政府诚信影响公众的政治参与度,政府诚信影响政府政策的制定和实施,政府诚信影响政府内部内聚力。同时,政治诚信是和谐社会的关键元素,表现为它是民主政治的重要因子,对商务诚信和社会诚信建设具有决定性意义。政府在履行治理诚信缺失的主导作用时,必须从自身做起,加强诚信建设并以此来推动和谐社会诚信体系建设。

| Abstract: | Political faith includes theory, aim, system and organization faith, which is the forerunner of civilized ruling ideas, the soul of civilized politic system and the guarantee of civilized politic order. Good faith of government affairs is the supporting point of political stability, which affects the public's involvement in politics, formulation and implementation of government's policy and government's inner cohesious. At the same time, it is also the key factor of harmonious society and democractic politics, with decisive significance on commercial and social good faith. Government should strengthen the construction of good faith form itself to push forward faith system of harmonious society. |
