| 摘 要： | 中国资本项目的对外开放既是自身体制演进的客观需要,又是世界贸易组织规则下的迫切要求。我国是在转型的同时逐步开放资本项目的,目前我国的资本项目开放遇到了汇率制度等的困扰,需要考虑好今后资本项目开放的道路选择。

| Abstract: | Chinas capital account liberalization is not only the practical demand of the system evolvement but also the urgent need under the rules of WTO.As for our country,the openness of capital account started at the same time of economic transformation and now is in a dilemma caused by the current inelastic exchange rate system.Thus,how to open our capital account in the future deserves further consideration. |
