从土地制度的变化看宋代社会

唐宋之际 ,中国土地制度发生了一个大的变化。此前以国家“授田”为主要形式 ,此后国家“不立田制”。前者田地为“王土” ,后者田地为私有。宋朝新田制“不抑兼并” ,“有钱则买” ,“无钱则卖” ,田主佃户之间形成租佃契约关系。这是古代专制社会中生产关系的一次调整 ,是认识宋代社会的基础 ,宋代社会由此出现了许多新的面貌

The Reform of Land System in Song Dynasty

The antient Chinese land system started to change in Tang and Song dynasties.The governments stopped distributing land to common people,and land became a private property and could be exchanged at will,thus established tenancy relationship between landholders and renders,which made the Song society take on new appearances.It was an important regulation of production relations in antient autocratic system.It is also the key factor for us to know Song Dynasty.
