| 摘 要： | 探讨了连续时间分布下知识交接的实现途径,针对知识员工的流动引起的知识动荡,提出企业的"实习平台"能够维持组织知识总量、平滑,实现知识在时间序列下的共享.运用元认知模型修正企业的决策过程,使组织在实现创新能力不断提高的同时避免陷入思维固化,从而实现组织的知识创新能力在时间序列下的长远发展.

| Abstract: | The path to maintaining knowledge in an enterprise under time series is discussed.The conclusion is drawn that an internship platform can keep the amount of knowledge,and fulfill the share of knowledge under time series.Using metacognition model to modify the process of decision-making and avoiding fixed thinking while the capacity of innovation is improved.will realize the long-term development of the organization's capacity under time series. |
