| 摘 要： | 物流中心在整个物流系统中发挥着巨大的作用,而中心的选址又对中心运转功效的发挥至为重要。利用质量功能展开方法有效地实现了物流中心顾客需求与技术特性的对接。在建立质量功能展开模型的基础上,找出物流中心选址的关键技术特性,以帮助企业进行有效决策,实现有限资源的最大化利用。
