| 摘 要： | 我国现行的职业安全与职业卫生立法总体上呈分立状态,导致实践中出现人为地增加执法与守法成本、职能交叉与职能缺位,进一步加重了重安全、轻职业病防治等消极现象。实际上在我国职业安全与职业卫生的一体化立法不但是必要的,而且是可行的,可以从制定统一的《职业安全卫生法》、设立统一的监管机构、培养专业的执法监管人员等角度着手一体化工作。
